Join us for the 2026 Langley Polar Plunge, benefiting Special Olympics South Carolina. This event, run by Law Enforcement Torch Run officers, is a huge fundraising effort that is critical in aiding our athletes. Proceeds raised go to help provide year-round sports training and competition for our athletes. We are excited to share that Special Olympics South Carolina, along with AC Flora High School, are hosting a one-day Cheer Camp. This event will be held on Saturday, August 10th at AC Flora High School from 10am – 4pm for all ages.
We are gearing up for the 2026 State Pickleball Tournament on March 14th. Below you will find the Fact Sheet with address, schedule, and events offered. Registration is due 5pm, Monday, March 2nd.
Due to the change of date, we understand that some Head Coaches may not be able to attend. If you have athletes that you think can handle competition without you accompanying them and have parents and/or guardians that are able to chaperone them, please let us know. We don’t want an athlete to miss the opportunity. Please email Kelly Garrick at kgarrick@so-sc.org if you have questions. We will bring in Area Directors for their discernment as well.
Athletes can compete in up to 2 events- Traditional Doubles and Unified Doubles. If an athlete is competing in Individual Skills, then they may not compete in any other event. Please fill out registration with accurate assessment scores, levels, and partner pairings. Attached, you will find the assessment, mobility directions, rules, and court layouts for optional serve lines for Level 1 and 2. Don’t forget to get the unified partner’s score as well!
