2026 Annual Leadership Conference

Ride the Wave, Let Me Be Brave!

Join us at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort for a weekend of learning, networking, and inspiration. This event is your opportunity to connect with key leaders in your area, gain valuable insights, and enhance your Special Olympics program.

Conference is scheduled for January 23 – 25 at the Embassy Suites in Myrtle Beach. The theme is “Ride the Wave, Let me be Brave” with a Beach Bash to cap off Saturday night. A few things to note:

1. Registration costs this year will be $160 for general registration and $110 for athletes. Registration can be found here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1778045354519?aff=oddtdtcreator

2. Hotel cost for the weekend with be a total of $383.92 for two nights. That includes all taxes, fees and parking.

***NEW THIS YEAR: The cut off for registration will be Thursday, January 8th. This includes all housing reservations, changes and/or additions. Individuals can cancel up until January 16th but after the 16th, there will be NO REFUNDS. Individuals will have a cancellation fee after the 16th.

Nominations for Champions: Each year during the luncheon on Saturday, we recognize those individuals that have gone above and beyond to support Special Olympics South Carolina.
