Led by educators in a school. Activities take place during the school day. Activities are done at least once a week, but three times a week is most beneficial. MATP sessions can be included as part of weekly school lesson plans.
Led by Special Olympics MATP coaches and volunteers, that can include family members. Activities can be done in a sport club, recreation center or other community facility. Activities take place at least one time per week, with families doing at-home play to support skills being worked on at least twice a week.
