    Special Olympics South Carolina was honored to host the Special Olympics National Unified Champion Schools (formerly Project Unify) Conference, February 7-9. During the event we had some special guests visiting the Palmetto State.

  • SC Athletes competing in 2017 World Winter Games

    Jackie Hoch, 36, of Florence and Keith Frostic,63, of Lake City will be competing in Alpine Skiing and Latrice Pringle,31, of Florence will be competing in Snowboarding. This will be the first international competition for Jackie and Latrice. Keith competed in the 1997 World Winter Games in Vermont.

  • Seattle To Host 2018 Special Olympics USA Games

    Competition in 16 Olympic-type individual and team sports, as well as special events, will be hosted at venues throughout Seattle and the King County area, including Husky Stadium at the University of Washington, which will serve as the venue for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
