Area 7 Spring Games (Gilbert MS)

Join us on Friday, March 20th for the Lexington 1 School District – Middle School Spring Games! This track & field event will host unified and traditional races.

Spring Hill Games – Young Athletes Event

Students 7 and under will participate in a variety of events specifically designed for young students. Students will rotate between events geared around large motor skills in the gym, sensory room and a room geared to fine motor activities. The events will be for traditional athletes, sponsored by several of the high school clubs. This event is designed, developed and run by students of Spring Hill High School in Lexington/Richland District 5.

Powerlifting for the Plunge

Special Olympics athletes will compete in deadlift, bench, and squat. Other sports teams such as powerlifting, football, baseball, and so on will have the opportunity to lift side by side with our Lugoff Elgin HS Special Olympics Powerlifting/Mighty Men team. The age group is for high school and beyond. Space is limited for the event.

“Tee Up” with Saxe Gotha Elementary Golf Tournament

Join Saxe Gotha Elementary on March 21, 2025 at Charwood Golf Club as we “Tee Up” support for our Special Olympians! Your participation in this Golf Tournament will allow us to help fund these day to day needs and help our students succeed in and out of the classroom! We are continuously looking for ways to support our Special Olympians as they compete in the Spring Games in 2025 & beyond.

The tournament cost is $100 per participant and it includes a round of golf, cart, and a catered lunch.
