State Basketball Tournament presented by Debbie Antonelli #24hourNBN

March 14

Special Olympics South Carolina will host the annual State Basketball Tournament on Saturday, March 14.  More than 600 athletes from all over the state will participate in State Basketball at four locations in Lexington and Irmo. Those locations are River Bluff High School, Irmo High School, Seven Oaks Park and Union United Methodist Church. Opening ceremonies and Awards will take place at each location and schedules vary by location.

Events are free and open to the public.  This year’s tournament is being presented by Debbie Antonelli’s 24 hours of Nothing But Net. Debbie Antonelli, parent, unified partner and ESPN basketball analyst made 2400 free throws in 24 hours last May and raised $85,000! A portion of the proceeds are being used for State Basketball this year!

The 2020 Nothing But Net 24 hour free throw marathon will be May 16 at Bishop England High School. You’ll be able to watch it live online or make a donation: https://www.classy.org/campaign/2020-nothing-but-net/c256220
